- accept commercial websites (no e-Commerce but just a website about a real store)
- i need only 5 Mo (no php/sql needed)
- no ads from the host
- enough speed/trafic..
- hosts from Europe are prefered but it's not a need

Yep, from what I've seen all free Hosting companies require ads (or how else would they stay in business). Your best bet may be go though an ISP (your home ISP) - many of those offer free hosting w/ no ads. Just forward the domain to that site.
Your best bet may be to go with low cost hosting like with HostMonster.com

FreeHostia.com - I still have accounts there although I now use Gator.
No, there are other catches to those that offer free Hosting with no ads.
You can try yurx.com , but you need to make "x" amount of posts to get free hosting..They got cpanel.
I think 0catch.com has no ads...but they have text links on their sites.. They are owned by Bluehost.
