need help big question hosting wepage?

OK i have just ran into a huge problem im new so this is new to me ok i have a website www.allinmafia.com and its regiserd on lowdot.com but the only way i knew how to make a webpage was with their website tongiht thing so i bought it but only for a month now its ogingt to expire to mmorw and somehow im not able to pay for any services on any thing related to GoDaddy so im cant renew thi service and im site probly will be shut down im upset cause i have over 2000 visitors in one month and 350 members im going to lose so i signed up with a new register dynadot and i want to buy and develope and webpage but i see they dont offer any webpage makers on their site they offer domain registration and Hosting so my question is how do i make a webpage and make it so it goes on line with just hosting the hosting is like 12 bucks plus domain registration and thats all i can get and i want to make a webpage but i dont know how to whta do i have to do to take advantage of the hosting please help me if you can thanks

To say the truth I did not really understand what you mean.

I think the best solution for your case will be to renew your domain name and design the website using Microsoft Frontpage or Macromedia Dreamweaver, which is not hard to use.

As for the Hosting there are lots of reliable hosting solutions out there, it just depends what your requirements are (Space, monthly bandwidth).

If you can not use your credit card or paypal account you may wish to open a good as gold account with your wwd reseller (e.g. lowdot.com).

no someone hacked into my GoDaddy accoutn like 3 weeks ago then they locked it and before i had godaddy i had lowdot and now i cant pay with any form of payment on my lowdot account the lowdot support sucks they havnt helped at all so i just tried to contact godaddy and im wating for an email i need this fixed i just got an extension on my website untill the 18th i hope its long enough for them to deal with this cause they are stupid even when my domains got stolen go dady just tried to say i did it and made all this stuff up like i used a bad credit card when i didnt even use a credit care i used paypal so thats how i know they are stupid and im sick of this i need to be able to pay for these domains and service renewals cause i need website tonight because i dont know how to make a website any other way
