Hi all. I am doing some work for a friend of mine. Site is designed using Wordpress. I have made a few changes but for the life of me, I can't figure out where to add the metatags and description. Can someone guide me?

Go into the admin and then Presentation > Current Theme > Theme Editor > header.php
Thanks Acro. I found it (header.php) but all I see is code and I am not a designer by any means. Where would I enter the description and keywords in plain text?

You need the tags, something like this, put it all where he mentioned.

There's a WordPress plugin called All-in-One SEO that handles all this type of stuff. I recommend installing the plugin. No need to be tinkering with code that way. That's the whole point of WordPress. Plugins handle EVERYTHING.
