Based on what your saying, it doesn't make sense. If you are looking for someone to simply design the sites, then yes you should be able to find a single person. On the other hand, if you would like someone to go a step further with developing, i.e., content and the likes, your topics are to varied -

My suggestion would be either using one designer, and doing the rest yourself, or splitting up the jobs.
