Need "work-for-hire" clause sample please for hiring a developer

I'm hiring a developer to create a website for me. I want to replace his clause that the copyright to the work is owned by both parties (generally, the default in the US if no one indicates differently) with a work-for-hire clause where I fully own the rights to what I have paid him to develop. He doesn't have a problem with this, but I need to come up with the wording.

Can anyone provide a sample of such a clause for me?

    Thanks!

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
