I have set aside some time + money to develop one domain. I have a personal favorite but I was wondering which one you would choose. Preference should be based on potential revenue and domain name quality. Thanks!

Basing on potential revenue if developed, not to be sold, just possible income from cpa / ppc, my opinions:

PaydayAdvance
Much as I dislike .biz, this could produce the best money at the moment I think.

hardwood-flooring - 2nd choice

SpywareRemover - 3rd choice - great keywords, but HUGE competition, low PPC/clickthrough from my experience.

DirectTrades - Market is very volatile, lots of suckers/people will be getting in if they see (real or imagined) bargains.

Do you think any of the domains you selected have the potential to be turned into an online business - like PaydayAdvance could be an online payday advance service sending funds via Paypal or direct bank account transfer?

What about Business-Degrees? I have already made about $25 in the few weeks its been regd. I see a pretty big market as well as high PPC, but it is a very competetive category.

Information, but also with warnigns about scammers, what to look out for, etc. Then be the nice webmaster and "point them in the right direction" (your affiliates) Lots of high paying cash advance affiliates out there. Check CJ, Shareasale, linkshare.

I think DirectTrades would be best for a true online business, mostly becasue it's the .com. Could be costly to do it right though. Might need to become a stock broker, get licensed, etc. You'd have to reseach it to find out what the regulations would be. If the others got too successful, the .com owners would develop theirs & most likely get your hits. And any money you spend promoting the name would likely be wasted as people would type in .com anyway. But pure product names (like hardwood flooring) require much less licensing / legal regulation for the most part.

Another informational site, adsense? Might be best to leave it parked if it's doing that well already.

With this, why go with PPC or Affiliate?

Get your own PLR or MRR ebooks, videos, programs and sell them
directly and they would be your own business.

Thanks for the reply GJsys, I own DebtNegotiationService and DebtNegotiationServices - so if I develop one I can easily redirect the other (thats like two for the price of one!)

I agree that there would be alot of potential income on these two but I completely overlooked them
As a matter of fact there may be even more readily available info for these two domains, aswell as relevant affiliate and adsense ads

Just signed up with CJ - i could never find the signup link before.

Now, I have to learn some Joomla, I tried devleoping a .tv of mine but that went horribly wrong. I have found a few tutorials on the net but nothing very detailed. Anyone care to provide me with a link or some pointers

I still would love to hear others opinions as to what I should develop - just added a few more to the list!
