Pro Contracts suggests "official", "legal", "correct" but the graphic is very low-quality clipart and certainly detracts from the nature of the site. I think that you should re-think its use and the typeface alongside it.
However this is purely my personal opinion and hey what do I know

Yes much, but still don't like the typeface for the main heading.

I don't think the "genre" of the logo and font are consistent with the template you used for the site design...

The site design is all future-y looking, and then the logo and font are 17th century parchment and script. It looks mismatched...and makes it obvious there was a template used.

Also, the ebay logo isn't antialiased.... could be of better quality.

Just my .02.
