Paid help to develop Scripts.org

We're thinking to pay someone to develop Scripts.org with the idea to make it similar to hotscripts.com "with the time ..."

Questions are:

1) Are there some realistic possibilities to earn a decent amount of money in monthly commissions on script sales at this time ?

2) How may we hope to realise a similar project apart paying a webmaster to develop it ? Is there a reliable affiliate network we might use or should we host anything on our own server ?
How should the transactions work ?

3) In alternative, do you have a diff. idea in mind to make money with this domain ?

If we should accept your idea/proposal, we'd pay you to realise it, of course just PM us to discuss this matter further.

I think developing it into a script site would be good. You can do affiliate links, although I think a lot of script developers would rather just pay to be featured.

It is important that you allow the website visitors to rate the scripts. This will also potentially motivate script owners to send their own people over to your site to rate their script.
