Park or develop this Domain?

Hi
I recently purchased Reus.Com

Reus is a popular city in spain with lots of tourists and flights to reus airport

It has over 12mil results in google and is over 10yrs old

Just wanting to know everyone's opinion as to parking or developing?

It was getting 50-75 uniques per day

Any suggestions welcome

park it for a while, see how it work.

turn it into a hybrid, develop it with adsense or something similar, with a splash of affiliate stuff like hotels, travel, and other related things or even better localized stuff for that city. Utilize RSS and hand written content.

Get a better hook in the search engines

Once it is a finished watch it for a 6 months or more and study it, pay attention to what is converting the best and develop a real website around that niche providing service or tangible goods that you get 100% revenue

I usually do something like this on my city domains Rocky Hill
Once you get it ranking well for the main keyword in google you'll see a big jump in traffic
