park or develop?

Hi All
I was just wondering what would be better.........keep my domains parked or develop into a basic page with adsense ads?
If developing would be the best bet to earn some $$$ would a basic wordpress page be best for SEO?
I have a few domains that the terms get searched 100k+ per month and I am not seeing any benefit to the parked pages. (I probably just answered my own question but.......)
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Develop!
Google will index your pages quickest when you use Wordpress.
But, you have more freedom with SEO aspect with traditional site.
That's what I think, at least

Start to develop, even if you make less money in the short term, you'll learn valuable skills and do better in the long term.

developing domain name is a good idea. You can monetize with adsense or selling ads spot.

I'm a huge fan of developing. Parked pages are yesterday's story.

There is a bit of a learning curve if you've never done it before, but I usually experience 30,000%+ revenue uplifts after about 30 - 60 days after I launch a new site. I generally use WordPress which gets sucked up into Google SEO very quickly. If you use GoDaddy you can host unlimited sites with one of their plans. (i think about $15 per month)

There are lots of tips and tricks out there to launch new sites rapidly and to gain access to Free or really cheap content. Like eZineArticles or Contant Content. Everybody immediately bags on Free articles cause you don't get much SEO 'juice' from them, but if you re-work lots of articles into your own unique content you will do well.
