Hi folks, i am trying to install the latest version of phpBB onto my site. I noticed that there was no "config.php" file so have tried to do my own. When i follow the online instructions it says go to phpbb/install/install.php yet there is no such folder. Can you please help me as i would like to know how to install my own forums.

Re-downloaded install folder and everything is working fine now.

Redownload the full package. It appears you may have downloaded the upgrade release, which is fine, but if you are stuck you may want to start from scratch.

Cheers JDK. I did edit my 1st post to hopefully stop people wasting their time. What you said was exactly what i did. D/L the full package and managed to install it no problem. Cheers mate.
