Pissed.net -- Looking for Blogger which allows Users + free e-mail accounts

I'm in the process of developing Pissed.net, basically a place where you can go and ***** when you are upset about something.

I'd like to have a "blogger" style site w/free e-mail accounts @pissed.net

Are there any simple ways to create such a service, which also allows users to post to the blogger?

I need your opinion:

Is a multi-category forum more appropriate than a blogger?

Is it POSSIBLE to link a forum's username creation to the creation of POP3 accounts, or forwarders?

FYI are you aware that in the UK "pissed" means drunk, not upset.
(Just thought it might be worth mentioning...)

Yeah, up north here it has dual meaning ... so any Canadians posting would be drunk and angry (a dangerous combination)!

Great name for a blog though .. good luck with it.
