Just recently acquired ToutForum.com I am thinking this is the place where sports handicappers can come and tout there pics without being kicked out of forums where they are not wanted. People should come in bunches for these free picks from what I've seen in the past.

Any money making ideas? ... Im thinking there is great potential for advertising dollars from online sports books and handicappers.
