Please review developed sports fansite - RoyWilliams.net

I have just finished developing a fansite for Detroit Lions' football star, Roy Williams. "Roy Williams" is a popular name in the sports world, with the head coach of the North Carolina Tarheels (college basketball) and superstar corner from the Dallas Cowboys (professional football) sharing the same name.

The site has been getting decent traffic, even before development. I just added a forum (still under construction) today, so we'll see what happens. Do you like the design? Does this site have any potential to grow? I consider this site to be moreso of a personal blog for myself and a place for fellow fans of my city to conglomerate in. On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the site for a sports blog/fansite?

I have to give credit where its due, with Emmeco, a member here at DNF, desiging the layout and helping me out with all the logistics of the site. His website is emmeco.com.

The first thing i clicked was the music link and it worked perfectly

Second thing i did was check your source code, there were no meta tags ..you should really add some.

there is lone " 1 " on the bottom of the page..

Your media page is nice a lot of pics and videos..1 thing i can suggest is name the images appropriately and you will get a lot more traffic from Google images.

the forum still needs customization once i go to the forum i cant go back to the main site?

Also too much blue all over the site you could do with some more colors just blue and white isn't doing the trick IMHO.

I would give your site a 6/10..but with bit more tweaking here and there i am sure it will easily get a 8.

As a designer of this web page, monocolored web site design is demanding.
And of course design depends on price.

I didn't even know the forum was open to the public yet. I just added it the other day, but I'll get right on to customizing it soon.
