PPC Revenue Sharing on my web site? How?

I'm not sure this is the best forum for this question, but I didn't see where else to post it.

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to share PPC revenue on pages in a site of mine with the person who posted the content for that site? I can't do that manually, since I'm talking about thousands of pages.

Without giving the idea away, imagine that people could freely (moderated) create pages on my web site. Each page would have PPC ads on it. I'd need to be able to somehow account for each click and what it paid. The user would need to be able to view his statistics, and I'd need to be able to run an accounting program that would pay them once they reach certain threasholds.

Is there something built for this type of revenue sharing? Can it be done with Adsense? Any ideas at all?

I don't think you could possibly do it with adsense because there is no way of tracking "per click" , you can track up to 200 inner pages with "Custom Channels" but no way of tracking each click to what it paid, adsense only reports on a running total.
