How much would it cost to recreate a site that mimics:

businessforsale.com.

Is this simply a parked page? I own a few domains that are parked with Sedo. From what I read, everyone seems to encourage "developing sites" rather than leaving them parked with Sedo or other such companies since you need to split the revenues.

Woud the site businessforsale.com qualify as a deveoped site?

That site is just a parking site. All it offers are ads and links.

So if I were to develop it what would the cost be for a site? I am not seeking anything too fancy, just something where I can earn click through revenue without it being a parked page and where I can market the site (Sedo does not allow marketing of a site, simply type ins).
