Is it really this difficult ????

Hi all,

I've been posting up and down on different sites regarding adding video and image search to my site with very little to no response. Is this a taboo question? Am I not asking the right question, Is the project much more complex then I think it is? OK DNF, I'll submit my question to you all, here goes (Fingers crossed)

I own a Search Engine Website, and what I'm looking for is for a customer to be able to search for images and videos similar to, for instance Dogpile.com where you can click on the video or image button, type in your key word and numerous results are displayed from various sources (Meta Search). Does anyone have experience with a similur project? If so, Can I get a quote.

Thanks for any information

Try posting your question on http://www.webmasterworld.com . This site is more geared towards domains, domain news, domain sales, etc.. (web development is a small part here while WW is geared towards webmasters / programmers, just don't mention any URLs in your posts there).

You can still post in the non-premium areas for free.

You might want to check out Dapper, a feed creation tool which allows for dynamic inserts (ie. search terms etc.). So I *think* you could just create a few searchable feeds from various image/video sites (ie. Youtube) and have those results show up in your listing.

They have a demo at http://www.dapper.net/dapperDemo/ which shows how a user can create a dynamically generated list of videos based on any given keyword.
