Can anyone recommend a reliable, with good support, host for $10 per months that offers

200 MB space
6+ GB
MySQLs
at least 5 domains (plus domain ponters)
Php, cgi etc...

I prefer www.VenturesOnline.com but that's a bit over the price you mentioned. www.ShagHost.com is relatively new, but I hear good things about them.
