Script for visitors to type in their questions ?

Hi,

Does anybody know if there exists a premade script which could be used on a website for visitors to type in their question(s)? I mean something like About.com and Answers.travel ?

Use forms, very simple and to the point. Just make sure you have something to format it and email it to you.

Thank you also Draggar. I want to have all the questions and answers as a searchable database for website visitors, how would I do that with forms?
