    Also, I am NOT talking about reciprocal links with other sites. They are in no way bad as far as I am concerned. In fact, I would highly recommend them.

    What I am talking about is when you have a number of sites that you own and are usually on the same IP. Even then, having each site linked to each and every other site seems to work for some people with no penalty. But for others, that is not the case.

    I would like to personally thank Tombot for his contributions to this topic - and to the forum in general. For those that might not be aware - he holds a position for a major web directory. I won't give any more specific information than that because I'm not sure he wants to advertise that information.

    This is what i forgot to take into account when i thought about reciprocal links.

    and i agree with nick your input is more than welcome.

    I guess i'll probably just go with the hub site idea as I want the sites to become a kind of network anyways so it makes sense to have a central point for the network to convene
