Well guys I have been mulling over for the past six months or so whether or not I should publish my parody of Classmates.com.....DeadClassmates.com. I know the legal ramifications of these types of sites, but I have much success developing and running controversial sites in years past such as the now defunct Polesmoker.com, Combover.com (as featured on 'The View' morning show), and others I won't disclose for fear of offending those here.

I have the site almost done, and basically it would simply be a parody site with no monetary interest. There would be no charge to sign up on the site, it would simply be a database of deceased classmates so that visitors could log on and see which of their classmates have passed. Morbid I know, but the traffic that these types of sites receive once word spreads are extraordinary. The domain gets alot of type-ins daily, and it would be such a waste to see it just go to waste. I was contacted about partnering with the owners of DeadClassmates.net, but once they launched their site I found it to be lacking in gaining visitor interest (to be nice about it.)

Let me know what you guys think as I always value everyone's opinion on this board.

Love it... but I am a person who has spent a lot of $$ adorning my office with posters from Despair.com. (If you've ever had an a-hole boss who put up 'motivational' posters, you MUST visit this site. Buy the postcards and mail them to your old boss)

What you need, however is a dead pool... let classmates bet on who will die NEXT! PayPal enable the betting pool! It you get rich, I want some credit for the idea

Yeah... betting pool who will die next is good.... then you will get people murdering the person so they can rake in the pool of money.

I just thought of a GREAT banner ad.... you know the classmates.com one, where geeky black and white high school pics pop up in a line, one at a time?

Make your banner similer, a row of black and white high school pics, but red X's slowly appear over a couple of them... dripping blood.... then fade to black... up pop the big words "WHO IS NEXT?" Click here to vote...
