    Nice plain layout, nothing flashy, but crisp and clean. But you may want to change the fade timing on your dhtml menu, I could see visitors leaving because the links are not displayed long enough if the mouse is not resting completely over the center of target button.

    Nail on the head. My instinct was to avoid the menus with all the fading. It could do with a crisper, more elegant design (color sheme, graphic elements, tradedress), but it looks fairly practical.
