Country: | some help please? Hi I am looking to set up a site where users pay for membership to view and post. Are there any free programs out there to help set this up? If someone could point me in the right direction or offer any suggestion it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

Country: | I don't think so mainly because developers figure that if you're going to use their software to make money, they might as well make some. Probably the easiest way to go about this is to have a forum (phpBB, SMF etc..) and all registered users have no rights, they send you money (Paypal etc..) and then you activate their membership.

Country: | Thanks Draggar, what I really want is sort of like a classifieds system where the user can view all content but in order to post or "advertise" they have to have a paid membership............ |

Country: | Same thing, you can get free listing programs like eSyndiCat and take payments though Paypal but there are also paid ones that allow payments (eSyndiCat has a paid one, PHPMyDirectory etc..).
