split my server

i'm looking to share my server with somebody. you can host anything legal but i dont want irc or burdensome scripts - ie: cgi forums...etc.

you get 250 gigs of transfer
20 gigs of space
pretty much unlimited names


this is a stable machine running linux
P 1.7
whm/cpanel
1 gig of ram

if you need more specs let me know.

my ideal candidate: has many sites/names and develops them for their own use or resale..tired of host hopping and looking for a server to settle into for awhile...isnt green, can do the things they need to do without hand holding and knows that some things just compromise the server and wouldnt do them....

i'm looking for a long term situation.

if this describes you this will cost $70 per month. i'll pay for any upgrades needed as we move along.

also, i'm looking for somebody who has their own server, develops sites and would be interested in swapping some space/bandwidth. i want to do some site linking from a different ip range on a few of my sites.
