I agree. I don't see any value in them.
I also agree that this might be spam. I found it quite suspicious to see that those domains are registered in the same town, and have the same nameservers as TrueIntegration's domain, "trueintegration.com". Why not just say they belong to your friend, rather then imply that you simply "came across" them on ebay.
I could be wrong, but if im not, thats certainly a big coincidence.

I knew it was SPAM from the first second I opened up that Ebay ad. No one in their right mind would register those domains, much less buy them 2nd hand.
