I use Whypark for some niche sites - at first they made nice steady income, not big money, but they got indexed and some traffic and clicks. After a while Google stopped serving ads on some of the sites due to duplicate content. I still have about 200 sites up and am happy with those, and I believe that Whypark have a solution (to the dupe content) to be announced very soon - if they get that sorted, it'll be a great system.
I have no experience with the other systems you mention.

I started with whypark.com back in June and pleased so far. They offer more options and ease of use. Also, you have the option of using your own adsense and affiliate links without income sharing.

As far as I understand, whypark has its own content and you park the site with them. You get a cut from the adsense on the site. It's through their network, unless they changed it recently to allow you to use your own adsense account.
You have an option regarding their ad network. Currently, I'm using my own adsense account and affiliate links.

but whypark costs about $130 to join, correct?
$100 plus taxes ($115 for me in the UK) gets you 100 credits.
There is another issue with Whypark, and that is server reliabilty - I just tried to enter a couple of sites but it's unavailable - this happens quite a lot.

Yes, you can add alot to whypark sites and customize alot pretty easily. Here are a couple that we did, including widgets, rss feeds, etc. It's important to add original content.

Am interested in people's experience with ppc-sites and Niche - do they get into the SERPS?
Can someone who is using some of this service tell me if it is really worth 100 USD? I tried earlier some of the sites mentioned here but they all were unavailable. I don't want to pay 100 USD if I can't "get them back" because my site is unavailable.
WhyPak have servers down often because they still development the new version of the tool??

I like MinisitePublisher.com, you can monetize 100% of everything in the site, including the articles. Basically if you use it right there is not one place the person browsing your site can click and not hit a sponsor of some sort.
By the way 100% your sponsors, and 100% your profit. No rev share!
