    store selling / multi store?

    hello...

    i was wondering whats the best script/way out there to make a shop selling website ?

    like users can register/pay monthly or per product listing in my website and they will get their own shop/store under mydomain for example user22.myshop.com

    and they will get their own easy control panel to add their product...also i can ignore the payment method as we need pay cash on delivery?
