to be honest, all these templates look shitty and they are like a plague on the net with their "disco" music. Thus your site design won't be unique.
In addition, they consist of like 80% images and if you care about search engine optimization, stay away from those templates.

    my 2 cents

I'd make my own. I wouldn't want to buy a template. I think the first one looks pretty good though, but I would change some of the stuff.

Especially the Hosting templates suck big time imho.
Everyone and their mother seems to use those templates nowadays; it's always the same 3 servers clipart, 3 hosting plans boxes, a flash header with blinking stuff and small fonts that are hard to read and supposed to look "hightech" or "stylish" or whatever.
Bad luck if you are a hosting company and your site looks either like your competitor's one or visitors think you are a templates selling site.

Btw, sponk is right with his comment about searchengine optimizing.A site only made of graphics won't help you with the searchengines really.

For a minimal annual fee you can get access to all the templates you wish here: www.BoxedArt.com I searched high and low for a high quality template for my airfare site, and found the best quality at BoxedArt.com (plus I have access too utilize any template for one year of membership) Have a look!
