Would it be possible to redirect a domain with a possible trademark problem to a site with a different domain. And would there be any way of getting caught? I wouldn't promote or list the sites that redirect it, only the site they are redirected to. I dont see how they can find out. Anybody using names with trademarks?

Ofcoure the owner of the trademark/servicemark will find out.

I have about 30 names with TM issues that redirect to a customized PPC page...just hope you don't get caught

If you are approached it's best to just hand the name over (assuming the company has a TM on the name) So far (2 months) I have paid off reg fee+ for all 30 names with the PPC traffic.

alldig this is my plan i have 3 names im going to register, they each get 40,000 or more searches in overture a month. Im going to redirect them to my site that has an affilate program of what they searhed for. So I'm actually doing them a favor sending them more traffic, and I also get paid for the affilate program. In my eyes we are both winners,haha. Its a company that changed names and offered multiple services. Im using the old name combined with the service they are looking for. Im just worried when they get a blast of traffic of over 100,000 maybe they might do an invetigation on my site. But it the html code there is nothing, or they can check alexa for my links which would be 0. If they ask I'll say i buy targeted traffic by the millions. If anything is confusing in this let me know cause i cant type or spell for sh**

also the affiliate program pays 40-70$ per sign up, thats alot of money!

No, I meant that if it wasn't an adult program, it was exceptional. That's a lot of $$ per sign up for non adult (which is what I'd be interested in ...)
