We can get you 3,000 Unique's a day for $300 per month based on a monthly contract. They will be popups from domains we have. Our traffic is very nice traffic as well but I have some popup inventory that is not sold so it's better to make something off of it than nothing at all. If you calculate a CPM it works out to just a $3.33 CPM.
FoxDale, if you don't care about the traffic at all then you might as well get a hitbot and waste your bandwidth that way.
Agree w/JH3. Not sure why anyone would want this unless your trying to scam a CPM advertiser.
