When I say "ultra premium" then I am talking about a mid 6-figure .com! Similar to flu.com or pain.com.
The domain is owned by a business partner who will let me run it for a about year or more. Currently parked. Never really developed. I have neither time nor knowledge to do anything to monetize it, so here my idear:
You create a small portal with lots of unique content matching the domain-keyword. You do some SEO stuff and we monetize it via affiliate or whatever else you prefer. I pay a one-time sum for the initial development and 15% of the incoming earnings. If we are lucky the earning will go on for years.
