Hi guys my site does not have a page rank now if i wanted to get my site a page rank 7 how does it work for example if i had 2 links on 2 page rank 8 home pages going directly to my home page What sort of page rank would my site receive ? and how long would it take for the page rank to show ?

I know things like its better to get links from other sites with content that relate to your site .

you're a long way from Page Rank 7.

to get something on the order of Page Rank 7 (which is incredibly high, by the way) you need to get linked to from NUMEROUS very highly respected sites such as the New York Times or Washington Post.

its very difficult to get Page Rank 7 on your sites. For example, the San Francisco Chronicle's web site has a Page Rank of 5.
