Unique template site ?!

Hi,

does anyone know of some template sites with UNIQUE templates, meaning NOT being just one of those zillion TemplateMonster.com or aplustemplates.com resellers ?

I already know

www.Elated.com
www.1stthebest.com

but other than that no matter which searchterm i'm using on google, 99% results seem to be only Templatemonster resellers.

Also, in addition i am looking for a webdesign company that is specialized in or familiar with retro (30's - 70's) or cartoon-style lookin webdesign and has a portfolio to prove.
No, NOT looking for a webdesign company that "can design any style you want, just let us know", i wanna see a portfolio with mentioned styles included.

Would be able to do it myself but not enough time on my hands.

Anyone have recommendations?

Would really be appreciated.Thanks.

Moobrack, thanks for your offer;
could you PM or post a link to your portfolio please?

Bidawinner, thanks, i have tried elance in the past but actually haven't found anybody there who could show me some examples of work they've done that would have anything to do with what i'm looking for (retro or cartoon-ish webdesign).
Sure there are thousands of folks that "can do anything" i want, but i'm tired of explaining to webdesigners what it is i need just to find out they don't have the style or capability to do what i want them to.
That's why i'm looking for a webdesigner with experience in that very field.
Or templates

Thanks.
