    user submission cms

    anyone know of a flexable CMS that allows user signups, and allows submits of a certain file, eg: an image, with file, description being the two main fields needed.

    It would also need to have categories, comments and possibly ratings ... anyone know of anything like that?

    I'm not looking for any nuke variants, or any of that 'site in a box' sort of stuff, what I'm thinking of is more specific to user submissions.

    heh yeah it was late at night gimme a break :p

    so anyone have any ideas? I have an awesome CMS but I would like one more specific to files rather than a news/journal type entry.

    I'm looking for something with php4 + mysql.
