Yep - the "dummies" books are all TM'ed - if you use the domain (keyword)fordummies.tld to sell the relevant books - that is infringement.

Technically no - they are infringing especially if it is geared towards training on those keywords.

Honestly? chances are nothing will ever happen and you will not get caught.
Results 1 - 10 of about 18,100,000 for "for dummies".
The only things to consider are this...if you are caught,
do the benefits outweigh the risk of being caught?
Also, if you have a name in mind, or a product, that is a hot, hot topic but NOT a book yet, what are the chances of it becoming a book and someone going after you?
