Using Google Search on a page in my website...

Posted in the Lounge but I also thought I might check here. Sorry to double post.

If I wanted to add a page to my website that is a SEARCH page... and a search page ONLY... as in, NO other content.... is that OK with Google?

I have sites where a I have a search bar in the site, amongst the content... but in THIS instance, I'd have a page with just the search bar, catagory links to site listings, a few featured sites and some ads.

Is this against the TOS?

If the page is within the scope of your website and not the only page of the site then they won't pay any attention to it, but if its a one pager then it better be the google search box or they will get after you.
