Hello everyone,
I would like to know if it is possible to create a site where users only need to register once to gain access to other services on different sections of the site by using the same username and password. Lets say a visitor registers on my forum, with the username and password from the forum, could it also work on another section of the site(ie not the forum.) Is this possible?

Well yes. Just use the same username/password database on both sections.
