    Question Vet.us: Veterans or Veternarians?

    Hi

What is your opinion or suggestion for developing this domain?

Would it be better for veterans, veterinarians or something else?

One important fact: vets.us (with an s) is on the .us reserve list, presumably to be used for veterans by some government agency.

    thanks

Yep that is correct, and I've got vets.info. Let me know if you decide to go the veterans route. I'm working on ideas and maybe we can share some links. Doc

    community?

    thanx doc

you might have the same dilemma then. What made you decide to go the veterans route?

I was thinking of some sort of community site, with free email and web space for veterans. (.ie johnsmith@vet.us, www.johnsmith.vet.us) I don't know if anybody else is doing this, or how difficult to set up, how feasible etc.

    best regards

Heh, you guys think like me. I picked up WarVets.us and WarVeterans.us a while ago..wonder if they are worth anything. We could make our own community

I think that could work, but would end up being restrictive and static. Needs a little pazazz. Who to decide what that means better than the Vets themselves. Whichever category usage.
