Hell all out there. I'm new to website building, and eager to learn.
Would you point out some good websites that can teach a beginner like myself. A site for absolute beginner.
Also, I don't want to spend any money on Hosting yet. Would practicing on free website give be good before i invest oin hosting? Or are the they totally different?

First .. get a free 'server' on your PC, xampp or similar .. you'll have all the tools to go from there, apache, sql, phpmyadmin etc,, then run with it ...
