Hi I was wondering if there is anything out there where I can create a website where people can review products. Thanks in advance.

assuming you don't have thousands of products, you might try a discussion board / forum script and set up each discussion topic to discuss a product. something like vbulletin or SMF or phpBB

You could use drupal.

Modules required: cck, views, votingapi and fivestar.
