We are shopping for webmastering services to help us develop, as well as promote the sale of some url's and are seeking feedback from the DNforum community regarding price ranges we should expect to be quoted per hour by freelance webmasters in our area?

Also, has anyone hired a webmaster to develop and sell domains for a percentage of revenue or sales price basis?

What programming skills, experience, attitudes, etc. should we look for in a freelace webmaster in order to insure our sales plan is ultimately a success and our site's always look their best?

Any experiences you can share, or general advice you can give about hiring, managing, and dealing with freelance webmasters would be much appreciated.
