Website Builder Needed For CHICAGO.US

Yes, I own chicago.us. I'm looking to change the direction from the current content to a real, ass-kicking site at which vacationers, business people, and locals can book rooms, buy tickets, get relevant city info, news, etc. I am setting-up an affiliate relationship with a company for booking hotel rooms, and want to integrate their system into the site. I know reletively nothing about building websites, except for the very basic do-it-yourself sites that come free or at little cost with domain registrations.

The competition is chicago.com and chicago.travel. Of course there are more travel sites for chicago than just those two, but chicago.anything holds a distinct advantage due to the intuitive nature of the URL, and thus those websites, if developed, are defacto competitors. Chicago.us should be successful over the long haul, more so than chicago.travel, .info, .biz, .name, etc., and possibly more so than chicago.com.

The site should be economical to build, I don't have lots of money to spend. I tend to remain a loyal customer, so periodic site maintenance, updates, and modifications would also become part of the payoff for the site builder.
