No disrespect intended but it looks like something from 1997. If I were you, I would have a good look at what my top competitors in this sector are doing and then go from there.

The text is not working at all.The Vutos.com seems as though the site is overlaying it instead of a style. The text explaining why you should sign up would be a huge turn off for me. If I can't read or understand the site I am not going to take time to actually signup.

I would recommend doing a completely different layout.

Thanks everyone for the true opnions. I hate when people lie. This makes me feel like people here on DNF are real.

This is my second full design..

[Drop And Cover]

If you take away the drop shadows, and space some of the things a bit more out, possibly remove some of the high contrast borders, it will look decent. The logo looks great though.

I won't lie.....but seriously this template looks really really bad.
Well a bit professional but I mean not web 2.0 material.
My suggestion is to read some tutorials on photoshop and you will learn more.
Good design for your second design though. But it isn't someone or anyone would use it for their sites.
