What Do You Think of My Wordpress Customization?

I've customized the popular Thesis theme for my blog Rappers.

What do you think about it?

Currently, the blog is on page 1 of both Google and Yahoo for the search term "rappers", and I'm seeing a steady increase in traffic. The revenue, however, is abysmal. What would you guys suggest I do for making a bit of dollar from this?

It looks nice, for additional income, you might look into adding some intext advertising like infolinks or Kontera. On a few of my sites, the intext ads are actually outperforming the adsense ads.

I've heard that for Kontera, you need to have something like 500,000 impressions per month?

The site looks good to me. I am surprised that the traffic is still low. I would put energy in trying to understand the audience better, what they are looking for, and develop some stickiness. I think the ad placements will follow. Have you gone to forums to solicit ideas about your site, or do you understand the subject domain well enough not to need any subject matter advice?

the Cost Per Click in your niche is low. Is that the issue with the clicks u r generating?

I do not believe OP gave the site traffic stats but implied it is less than 500,000 a month which is FAR from being considered low
