DNF$: 412 | I've a few names in Dotster, changing DNS should be free. I think the $10 package is for using Dotster DNS servers for your domains. |

Country: | You can use the free DNS service at mydomain.com. Just set up an account there for your name and change your DNS server in the Dotster user panel to point to
ns1.mydomain.com
ns2.mydomain.com
ns3.mydomain.com
ns4.mydomain.com
Piece of cake.
But I agree. Enom is probably the only registrar around that doesn't try to sell cheap then knock you off for everything else, including domain forwarding, DNS server usage blah blah

DNF$: 1,558 Location: Vancouver, WA | There is no charge to change name servers at Dotster.
To change the nameservers for a domain, go into account management, select a domain, and click on "Update Name Servers" under the list of nameservers on the right side of the page.
Regards,
Mark......
DNS Management is a seperate product that lets you completely manage your DNS records if we are providing your nameservers e.g. A, MX, CNAME records etc). |

DNF$: 1,339 | You may also consider www.zoneedit.com dns services. They provide DNS for 5 domains fot free, but you need to pay for 6th etc. domains. Their management panel is much better (comparing with mydomain). Also, DNS work more stable. I've noticed some of mydomain servers may not work sometimes. |
