I want to create some sort of credit card offer site, where i can gain revenue and make some money on this sitting parked domain.

Also i got hugebrokers.com

I also want to creat some sort of site of brokers, make money off of the site advertising.

If anyone knows what the best way to go about this, let me know.
do i need a business license? what should i do. both of them are parked at GoDaddy.com, also tried to sell, no offers yet
