What are some good billing systems to use?

Looking for something that can auto-generate invoices to clients, hook up with a PayPal merchant account, and auto PayPal payments as well.

Prefer an open source platform that works with SSL.

For support I integrated Kayako eSupport. IMHO its a lot better than the built in system. But for invoices, Hosting, domains, etc, WHMCS is the way to go. Easy to set up. Simple navigation. I tried others and WHMCS has it hands down.
