I need a script/website designed using php, mysql, (and maybe using joomla cms). I don't consider it to be a too complicated task for an experienced programmer. Where would be the best place to go ask about getting this done by experienced php/msql programmers.
I'd also like someone with an eye to aesthetics for the pages served. Cool, minimalistic page design is a must.
I maybe need a logo and website header/banner too. Should I buy that separately?
