are "white label" ... try them again . Did u sign up or just look at main page ? .
Creditland works pretty good actually.
celebritycash also has has portal maker , that you host ( but they create the whole page ) you can then add logo ... more work than other 2 , as you have to host etc ... but still complete solution pretty quickly
