    Nice list of top companies in the field of SEO & Web Design..if you would look they have been online since 5 years..lesson : it takes time to achieve quality results..so better not expect top ranking in google in 3-6 months..

    definately Aaron Wall from SeoBook.Com for SEO, but you need a big budget to hire him. There are many top notch web design companies but i feel u need to select the right SEO company first and the web design co. should work in sync with the SEO company.

    Have you noticed how ugly the designs of the top 5 are and yet the authority they have in the industry.

    If it wasn't for a ranking on topseos.com I'd simply click the X on the right corner having a bad impression on the overall site.

    I would suggest going to RentACoder,Guru or similar freelance site, and look up the top ten or twenty designers, and post a project with them.

    just make sure they are not just getting some random free template and throwing it up there for you
